These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at weatherlockroofsystems.com (the "Site"), operated by Weatherlock Roof Systems LLC ("Weatherlock," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

Weatherlock is a Florida State Licensed Roofing Contractor providing commercial roofing services in Northeast Florida, including commercial roof replacement, roof recovery (overlay systems), repair, TPO and PVC systems, coping and edge-metal replacement, preventative maintenance, coatings, inspections, and leak detection. The Site provides general information and lets you request estimates or contact us; it is not itself a contract for roofing work.

2. Estimates & Proposals

We offer free commercial roof evaluations and estimates. Any estimate, price range, or timeline provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or by email is preliminary and for general guidance only. Actual pricing, scope, scheduling, and warranty terms are determined only after an on-site inspection and are set out in a written proposal. A binding agreement for services exists only when a separate written proposal or contract is signed by both you and Weatherlock. Information shown on the Site does not guarantee availability, pricing, or results.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting your information or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry and services. 4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Weatherlock Roof Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weatherlock Roof Systems LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weatherlock Roof Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida (Duval or St. Johns County), and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
